CT-50 is a new workout system designed by Tyler Bramlett.

CT-50 (or Cross-Training 50 to give it it's full title) is a no equipment needed workout to transform your body. Each workout takes less than 20 minutes, with only 3 needed each week.

It's delivered electronically as PDF files, as well as follow-along videos to take you by the hand through each workout.
