3 mistakes holding you back from losing fat

Way too many people are trying hard to lose weight but with nothing to show for it.

Why 20 minutes? Well after 20 minutes your body starts releasing cortisol - a stress hormone. This can stop you from losing fat.

Way too many workout programs now have a high chance of injury. A workout should make you fitter - not risk long-term injuries.

Switching up routines to keep your body "guessing" can work, but only if done right, which many programs don't do.
